I believe that the team project will be accomplished without any problems in my group. We are roommates, so we are all living in the same house and are always around each other. Because of this, we will not run into any problems with getting our work done and trying to find time to meet up to do our work. We will hold ourselves accountable for doing our own parts of the project by assigning each member specific tasks to complete. If a team member is not doing their part in the project, then we will talk to that team member and figure out what we think should be done. If this does not work, then we will have to remove said teammate from the project since they are not doing their part. I believe that we will benefit from all living together because we will be able to get our work done on time and not have the hassle of trying to get together with everyone’s busy schedules. This project will be helpful in my future nursing practice because it will allow me to gain communication skills when working as a team and how to divide the work and listen to other peoples thoughts and ideas.
