It took a few times for my team to get our PICOT question in order. We had to revise it from the first question that we had. We ran into some challenges in the aspect that we had to be more specific. Our first question was too broad and needed to be narrowed down before we could do more research on it. Our team works very well together. We are all roommates and friends, so we are able to bounce ideas off of each other and give our opinions on a topic easily, without it being too awkward. We also work very well together, we all get our sections of the project/assignments done on time, which is nice. We have no run into any problems with our team collaborating because of these reasons. It has been very nice to work with my team members.
