Reflect on what you learned from this team project and how you will apply this in your future nursing
practice. Think about your audience, which could be a potential employer in your first nursing position.
What would you want them to know about your capacity to contribute to quality improvement and
evidence-based practice initiatives as a new nurse resulting from working as a team to complete this
project? Analyze and reflect on your team process. What did you discover about yourself as a team
member? When you have finished composing your post, add the category “Professionalism.” Select

Throughout this team project, I have really learned how to work together as a team, even more than I already have. I have worked on a lot of projects with groups before, but this one definitely had its challenges. I have never written a paper with a group and that definitely had its challenges. Writing a paper with people who all write differently, and trying to get the paper to flow together was difficult, but we made it work. We have learned a lot about evidence-based practice throughout this semester and how important it is to nursing. It provides us with new information everyday that is done to better the care we provide for our patients and how effective it has been. I also have learned a new patience when working with a group. It definitely takes longer than normal to do a project with other people, and learning to prioritize certain parts over others and to make sure everyone in the group is being held accountable for their parts of the project is important.
