Taking the Adaptive Medical Surgical ATI assessment was definitely tough for me. I had 254 questions on the exam, and the maximum amount was 265. I think that this assessment really helped me to gain a better understanding of how the NCLEX exam works, and that I am going to need to prepare a lot more than I thought. I think that I definitely took my time on this exam, which helped me in some ways. I also made sure to take breaks. Answering that many questions all at once. What I can improve on next time though is that I need to read the questions more carefully. There were a handful of questions that I noticed when I was remediating, that I could have gotten correctly if I was more careful. I think that I know have a better understanding of how to utilize my SMART goals now that I have completed one of these exams.
